Payments, Subscriptions & Access Terms – BSL Search

These Payments, Subscriptions & Access Terms govern the purchase and use of paid products and services provided by BSL Search. By purchasing or subscribing to any paid product, you agree to these terms.



1. Paid Products

BSL Search offers a variety of paid products and services. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • One-off purchases.
  • Time-limited access to resources.
  • Monthly or yearly subscriptions.
  • Courses, assessments, educational resources, and digital content.
  • Other premium features or services introduced in the future.

Each product or service will clearly display:

  • The purchase price.
  • Whether it is a one-off purchase or a recurring subscription.
  • The period of access provided.
  • Any renewal terms, where applicable.


2. Pricing

Prices for paid products are displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may vary depending on the product, service, promotional offer, or subscription selected. BSL Search reserves the right to change prices for future purchases at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.



3. Payment

Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing a paid product, you authorise BSL Search to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown during checkout. For recurring subscriptions, you authorise automatic renewal payments until your subscription is cancelled. If a payment cannot be successfully processed, access to the relevant product or service may be suspended or cancelled until payment has been received.



4. One-Off Purchases

Some BSL Search products are available as one-off purchases. These products provide access for the period stated at the time of purchase. One-off purchases do not automatically renew. When the access period expires, access will end unless a new purchase is made.



5. Recurring Subscriptions

Some products are offered as recurring subscriptions. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the interval shown during checkout (for example, monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Subscription prices and renewal periods are displayed before payment is completed.



6. Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or through the platform where the purchase was made. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect your access during the current paid subscription period. One-off purchases cannot be cancelled once access has been granted.



7. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, payments for digital products, subscriptions, and one-off purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not normally be issued for:

  • Partially used subscription periods.
  • Unused access time.
  • Early cancellation.
  • Expired access periods.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your purchased content, please contact us and we will investigate your request. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.



8. Access to Services

Paid access is provided only for the period purchased. Once a subscription expires or a time-limited purchase reaches its expiry date, access to the relevant premium content and features will end unless renewed or purchased again. BSL Search may update, improve, replace, or remove features, content, or services as part of ongoing development.



9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login details. Paid access is granted to the account holder only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by multiple individuals unless expressly authorised by BSL Search. Any misuse of an account, fraudulent activity, or attempts to bypass payment or licensing systems may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.



10. Availability

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, BSL Search does not guarantee that the service will always be available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, technical issues, security improvements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.



11. Changes to Products or Services

BSL Search may introduce new products, discontinue existing products, change features, or modify access periods at any time. Such changes will not affect products that have already been purchased unless required for security, legal, or operational reasons.



12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Payments, Subscriptions & Access Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the BSL Search website. Your continued use of paid products or services after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
